Agreement of sale

An agreement of sale between Body-botanix and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Body-botanix.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

All orders are dispatched via courier service.  Details on estimated delivery times are available.  A delivery being late is not grounds for return or refund.

Any person signing at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of delivery.  It is up to the customer to ensure correct acceptance.

Return and refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Body-botanix is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Body-botanix will refund the client in full within 30 days.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of Body-botanix receiving the payment or before the order has been dispatched by Body-botanix, whichever is earlier. A cancellation of a paid order will attract a 10% administration fee to cover bank charges and other costs associated with refunding the customer for the cancelled order.

If a product is damaged or broken on receipt, Body-botanix needs to be informed within 24 hours of receipt. Arrangements will be made for the damaged product to be returned and a replacement product will be sent free of charge or alternatively a full refund will be granted for the damaged or broken product.

If incorrect products are received contact Body-botanix immediately. We will check our system and will arrange to swap the incorrect product for the one actually ordered. Please note that this does not apply to incorrectly ordered products.

Customer privacy policy

Body-botanix respects your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or by allowing us to debit your account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions and debit orders will be acquired for Body-botanix via Netcash.  The Netcash system is developed with the same demands on security and performance as the sites used for internet banking services and share trading.  Data is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with up to 256bit encryption, certified by Thawte.
